Credit Agricole Bank is among TOP-3 most sustainable banks in Ukraine

Credit Agricole Bank entered the TOP-3 of the most sustainable banks in Ukraine in the rating by the «Minfin» portal based on the results of the 4^th quarter of 2017. The bank took first place according to market experts’ estimates, and ranked third in the Stress Resistance category.

The rating of banks’ sustainability by the «Minfin» portal represents a quarterly assessment of banks’ operation based on the information from official and open sources. The banks of the first three groups according to the NBU classification as well as small banks with retail deposit portfolios starting from 1 billion UAH participated in the rating.

When drawing up the rating, «Minfin» takes into account banks’ stress resistance indicator composed of several factors:

• dependence on PI deposits;
• quality of funding;
• profitability;
• liquidity;
• capital adequacy;
• scope of operation.  

Financial institutions receive scores from 1 to 5 depending on the indicators representing their stress resistance and loyalty of depositors: asset quality, liquidity, potential external support, deposit increase, payment reputation, etc. are taken into account. The rating used the official reporting data of banks as of 7 March 2018.
