From now on the customers have more cash management opportunities, in particular: to transfer funds from own cards and accounts within the bank by card number of the recipient, view the history of transfers and details of such transfers, quickly block and unblock the card, manage the CVV2/CVC2 security code.
By using the “Transfer by card number within the bank” function, the customer just needs to specify the card number of the recipient and the amount. At the stage of transaction confirmation with one-time password the customer may verify the name of the recipient.
For customers’ convenience we added a separate menu where all transfers made in “i-Bank” can be viewed and information on details of the recipient and payment purpose can be obtained. A printed form containing all details of sender and recipient and payment status can be created in the “i-Bank” system.
Thanks to the card blocking function the customer can immediately block the card even from his/her own telephone in case of its loss or theft. The card can also be unblocked in the “i-Bank” system. For convenience, the “Block/Unblock” button is placed on the home page next to the buttons “Replenish” and “Transfer”.
If the customer makes payments for purchases on the website, for example in the USA or Canada, there is no need to call to the Contact centre to switch off the function of CVV2/CVC2 code verification. This can be done via “i-Bank” and, the other way around, the security level of the card can be restored by security code setting.
