Credit Agricole Bank presented new branch in Pechersk district of Kyiv

In early October, the official presentation of a unique new model branch of Credit Agricole took place in Kyiv. It is located in the very heart of Kyiv at 44 Yevhena Konovaltsia Street in Pechersk. This branch is special because it is located in a historic building of 1833. The bank not only invested in its transformation, but also restored the premises, keeping many authentic elements. Specifically, ceilings, walls and arches were not changed but instead were restored brick by brick.

The main purpose of this process is to make the bank branch the most hospitable and comfortable place where our clients will be able to obtain banking services of the highest standards. It is fully in line with the bank's “100% digital and 100% human” concept and combines it with the unique atmosphere of a restored historic building,” says Galyna Zhukova, Deputy Chairman of the Board, in charge of Retail and Network of Credit Agricole Bank.

 The remodeled branch provides a full range of banking services to all customer segments. There is a dedicated premium banking zone and a service corner for legal entities. Please note that dedicated parking slots will be available for premium customers.

It is being implemented thanks to the specific aspects of inside zoning and organization of the space of the branch, as well as innovations in both the services and the design of the workflow. We sought to create conditions that could fully meet customer needs for the competence of experts, availability of services, comfort, privacy and confidentiality.
