Credit Agricole Bank received the highest Customer Recommendation Index among agrarian companies!

Following the study of GfK Ukraine, a research company, Credit Agricole Bank yet again achieved the highest Customer Recommendation Index at the level of 68% among agro-industry representatives throughout Ukraine. It is the highest rate on Ukrainian banking market over the last 5 years. An average point given by respondents was 9.1 out of a maximum of 10 points. Overall, up to 1000 representatives of agrarian companies were surveyed. Less than 20% of them are customers of Credit Agricole Bank and more than 80% are the customers of rival banks that cooperate with agro-business. The study was carried out in 7 regions: Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Kyiv, Odesa, Poltava, Kharkiv and Western region. The persons surveyed were the representatives of agrarian companies who are responsible for day-to-day work with the bank.

Key factors that enable customers to rate high their readiness to recommend Credit Agricole Bank are the quality of agro expertize of the bank’s experts, high level of service, polite and competent personnel, reliability of the bank, etc.
