Express Lounge in Chisinau is now available for premium customers of Credit Agricole

From December 16, 2024 to December 31, 2025 inclusive, holders of the Mastercard® World Elite premium card by Credit Agricole, within the service, have the opportunity to:

• use the VIP terminal for free during departure/arrival at Chisinau airport once a year.
• get a 50% discount on 10 additional uses of the service within 12 months.

Express Lounge also includes a number of advantages:

During departure you can benefit from the following:

• access to a special parking area, for disembarking passengers and unloading luggage.
• entrance to a private VIP terminal for individual check-in and luggage delivery.
• aviation security and passport control are managed privately in the terminal.
• access to the lounge with a snack bar and beverages.
• personal transfer to the aircraft.

During arrival you can benefit from the following:

• meeting immediately after leaving the aircraft.
• personal transfer from the aircraft to the VIP terminal.
• priority passport control passage and luggage claim services.
• waiting for luggage in a comfortable lounge area.
• separate parking lot for your vehicle or organized transfers to meet the passenger.

In order to book the Express Lounge service (VIP terminal), you need to complete the following steps:

• make payments with your Mastercard® World Elite premium card by Credit Agricole for a total amount of UAH 10 000 within 30 + 5 days before booking*.
• contact the Mastercard® concierge at least 26 hours before departure.

The concierge will need the following information to book the service:

• your full name.
• flight information (flight number, departure/arrival time).
• license plate registration number (if the parking service is needed).

Upon receiving the request, the concierge will confirm the booking within an hour and send you a confirmation.

Cost of the service constitutes EUR 35 for arrival (50% of EUR 70), and 60 EUR for departure (50% of EUR 120), if the selected limit or the terms for visiting this lounge are not fulfilled, then the service can be ordered at the standard price. The service is free of charge for children under 2 years old, and for children aged 2 to 12 years old there is a 50% discount. Please note that the Lounge Key application is not required to use the Express Lounge service, and the option to invite one guest for free is not available.
