New Meet&Greet Railway service is available for World Elite, Black Edition and Corporate cards

Would you like to get the maximum level of comfort during your travels? Holders of Black Edition, Word Elite, and Corporate premium cards have an opportunity to experience the convenient and fast Meet&Greet Railway Service, which is located at the Kyiv Central Railway Station, to the left of the main entrance.

This is a comfortable waiting area at the Kyiv Railway Station (the service is free of charge for up to 1 hour, after that − UAH 170/hour), where you can treat yourself with free coffee and tea, and buy a full lunch for an additional fee. You may also contact your personal manager who will help with luggage and accompany you to the transfer. A separate parking area is provided for vehicle owners.

In order to experience the Meet&Greet service, you need to complete the following steps:

• Download and register in the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or on the website.
• Select the city of Kyiv and set the location of the Central Railway Station.
• Specify the number of passengers, time and date of arrival at the station.
• After booking, you will receive a QR code that should be scanned by the service manager to get the service.
• Wait for a message from the VIP Station in the messenger, where the manager will contact you directly regarding the arrangement of the visit.
