Type of the financing	Сredit line, the financing is disbursed in tranches
Maturity and repayment conditions	The tranches up to 5, 6, 9, 12 months, tranches are disbursed from 02.09.2024 till 30.08.2025. The tranches are repaid in the same amount at the end of their maturity.

Requirements for the borrowers:

Legal entities with business experience over two years, but in case of at least two agricultural cycles closing;
Types of activity: the production of farm products, mainly crops production;
Stable financial condition and solvency;
The borrower is not a purely or partly state-owned company;
clients who are willing to increase the purchase of sunflower seeds by 10% compared to the previous year, or have a share in the purchase of Syngenta products of 50 USD/ha and more under the crop,
who are willing to increase the purchase of corn seeds by 10% compared to the previous year, or have a share in the purchase of Syngenta products of 15 USD/ha and more under the crop
who are willing to increase the purchase of crop protection products by 20% compared to the previous year, or have a share in the purchase of Syngenta products of 35 USD/ha.
