We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Product Owner to take the lead on one of the flagship product of the bank: CA+.
What tasks will be entrusted to you?
Backlog management, prioritization of features;
Leading features development from ideation to production;
Cooperation with internal departments (Marketing, IT security, Sales Network etc.);
Working closely with UX/UI designers and developers to deliver a high quality product;
Describing the requirements to development team in user stories;
Analyzing the market and competitors (new features, pricing).
What you need:
Fluent written and verbal English, including technical writing skills (at least Upper-Intermediate);
Experience in translating business needs/ requirements into technical specifications;
Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle;
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to present complex ideas simply;
Ability to prioritize and drive sound business decisions;
Extensive understanding of the Agile development process and best practices;
Strong technical orientation or developing background;
Demonstrated organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
