If you are opening a Digital Platinum card or an account for an individual, please call the bank's Contact center at 0 800 30 5555.

What are the features of the Digital Platinum card?

With Digital Platinum card, you can easily make:

card-to-card transfers
payments by details
utility payments
replenishment of the card in UAH
all other types of payment transactions in CA+
cash withdrawals from ATMs equipped with NFC chips
Internet payments in different currencies
adding a card to Apple or Google Pay
payment in POS-terminals in the retail and service network

What is the fee for buying and selling currency?

If you are an individual, you can buy currency online in the CA+ mobile application without any fees.

What is the limit for cash withdrawals from Digital Platinum card?

As with any card, Digital Platinum is subject to security limits for cash withdrawals from ATMs – UAH 50 thousand per day. They are set automatically, but can be easily changed in the CA+ mobile application. In addition, the NBU limits for cash withdrawals are in effect: up to UAH 100 thousand per day from one account. Cash withdrawals abroad as well as in Credit Agricole network of ATMs and terminals in Ukraine are free of charge (the transaction is not charged by the bank).

What is the fee for card-to-card transfers for individuals?

The bank offers free C2C transfers within the bank (to a card issued by Credit Agricole).
