Change Management expertise covering People/Culture and Business
Experience of Delivery of Change
Previous experience in leading program and project teams.
Experience of delivery of large transformation and change projects covering Retail Banking
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Transformation, Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management.
Not necessary but nice to have would be any of these knowledge SCRUM, OKR.
Strong communication and relationship building skills, a proactive, results-driven and collaborative approach and a willingness to come up with new ideas and approaches;
Fluent English verbal and written.

Lead the end to end planning, delivery and control of projects or programs.
Develop strong relationships with all project stakeholders and prospective internal clients
Implementation and developing of new tools and projects that direct on efficiency increasing in the network.
Organize and host progress meeting and steering committees with senior management to influence decision making.
Manage all aspects of the project e.g. delivery, project administration, resources and budgets forecasts, project administration that will include financial and progress reporting together as well as manage and coach the people working on the project.
Identify and develop policies and standards that need to be put in place to ensure the best customer service and customer experience for Bank clients
