Analysis of the project implementation environment. Implementation with both Waterfall and Agile methodology
Focus to Channel integration in order to make appropriate data flow between CRM system and channels sending personalized communications and capturing customer feedback in suitable form for multichannel campaigns synchronization
Managing process of collection, systematization and description of business requirements for new data, new process and others
Creating set of tools for maintenance data environment needed for channel integration parametrization
Coordinate developing set of reports dedicated to channels performance and stability
Coordinating all steps with all internal stakeholders from different units IT, Network, Marketing with CRM team
Communications with all the providers, vendors, service organizations
Establish and settle the restrictions of the team and other resources demanded during project performing
Prepare, review and approve the project plan
Timeline and budget control
Project documentation creation
Transfer of the project to GO-live and support
Testing of delivered solutions and datasets needed for operability of CRM system
Coordinating technical support with vendor of main CRM system
Other task assigned by line manager
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project management (preferably in analytics field, CRM and digital development)
Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
Good technical skills (SQL, Power BI)
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher
Understanding of marketing, sales, service processes
Knowledge in CRM, business process, data - would be an advantage.
