Project manager CRM

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading of CRM project
• Managing of project team
• Control of project budget, schedule, functionality and quality
• Communication with the project’s stakeholders, IT, integrators
• Preparation of project documentation and reports
• Analysis of business processes
• Preparation of business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, user stories etc.
• Preparation of QA’s test cases and testing
• Userstraining and support

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks
• Atleast 3 years’ experience in project management
• Existence of successful projects
• Experience in preparation of business requirements, functional specifications
• Knowledgeof BPMN
• Understanding of main bank processes
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, task tracking systems
• English level – upper-intermediate
