How to repay a car/cash loan?

You can make regular payments using the following services:

  • Online banking i-Bank, mobile application on Android  and iPhone for customers holding a payment card from Credit Agricole. It is the easiest way to pay the loan – just three clicks and no commission..
  • Self-service terminals if you need to pay in cash.
  •  Pay on the web site of the bank if you need to pay from a card of other bank. Select your city in the menu, section “Loans”, and select Credit Agricole Bank.

What should I do with loan/credit card payment?

According to the law, the Bank will not apply penalties or increased interest rates to those customers who fail to pay loan on time.

Please note, that this law does not exempt customers from making loan payments for March and April.

I cannot deactivate limits in web version. What should I do?

I need to withdraw foreign currency from account.

Indeed, cash desks of banks has been experiencing the lack of foreign currency in recent days. It is caused by the increased demand for cash foreign currency. Due to suspension of air transportation and closure of the borders, cash US dollars and euros are delivered in Ukraine with delay.

Meanwhile, we recommend you to debit UAH, exchange it in the Internet-banking or wait until the situation is resolved.

The validity of payment cards expires in March / April 2020. What should I do?

Please be informed that Credit Agricole has extended the validity of payment cards, which expire in March and April 2020, for three months.

That way, for payment cards which were set to expire

  • on 31.03.2020, the validity period has been extended until 30.06.2020
  • on 30.04.2020, the validity period has been extended until 31.07.2020
