Project manager (processes)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes processes and functions to identify the root cause of inefficiency/problem;
  • Develops business cases to assess the effectiveness of optimization / reengineering of the business process and prepares solutions for optimization / reengineering / automation / digitalization of the business process / function;
  • Conducts business analysis, develops plans for the implementation of programs, projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes / organizational structure;
  • Provides preparation of business requirements for optimization, automation, digitalization of the Bank’s processes;
  • Develops KPIs of programs, projects and initiatives, provides search for solutions to reduce risks during their implementation;
  • Supports the involvement of stakeholders, analyzes their needs and interests in the implementation of programs, projects and initiatives;
  • Prepares materials to the committees for consideration of statuses on the implementation of programs, projects and initiatives and presents decisions, reports to the members of the Board on the progress of the tasks;
  • Organizes the implementation of programs, projects and initiatives in accordance with the approved scope, schedule, budget and quality indicators, implements optimized processes in the product

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of banking processes, systems;
  • Level of knowledge of English not lower than Upper intermediate;
  • Knowledge and experience in the deployment of traditional / Agile project management methodologies and process improvement / principles Lean / Six Sigma, etc.
  • Experience with NW processes, NW management, reorganization, etc
  • Experience in the field of project / process management
