Project Manager (E-Solution project)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM implementation projects of moderate complexity, or a collection of multiple smaller projects;
• Ensure projects are completed on-time, within business expectations for quality and functionality;
• Manage day-to-day relationship with business stakeholders and resolution of all issues;
• Maintain and communicate project status to management in reports and status meetings;
• Identifying and documenting business requirements;
• Communication with the project’s stakeholders, businesses, IT;
• Translation of the business requirements into specific deliverables - use cases, business process description, functional specification, interface details, etc;
• Design and review of test cases or test scenarios;
• Organization and participation in functional testing.

Skills:

• Project Planning and Organizing — Define project scope, estimate time and resources requirements;
• Plan project according to internal PM methodology. Assess project risk, develop risk mitigation strategy;
• Problem-Solving — Gather and use information needed to develop effective solutions to difficult problems or situations;
• Change Management - Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies;
• Gathering, reviewing and analyzing requirements, business processes design;
• Software Development Processes Knowledge;
• Knowledge of preparation Functional specification;
• BPMN knowledge is a big plus;
• ECM/BPM systems knowledge;
• Testing Knowledge;
• Technical documentation writing skills;
• Strong team-working skills.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Information Technology (IT) related degree, a Master Degree is mandatory;
• At least 3-5 years of Project Management/ Business Analysis experience within Information Technology (or equivalent), preferably related to ECM products like Content Server, Documentum, FileNet etc., and BPM systems;
• UML Knowledge is a big plus.
