Junior product designer (UA/UX)

Credit Agricole Ukraine is engaged in creating innovative digital experiences. We need a Junior Product Designer to participate in the enhancement of user experience for our mobile application CA+ and other innovative products on Agile mode. Your main objective will be to work in our product team to create and improve the usability, usefulness, and visual design of Credit Agricole Ukraine digital products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research sessions (user interviews) and analyze results of them
• Hand-off designs to developers, support of development team
• Participating in the creation of the features with UX lead
• Create low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes
• Test prototypes of designed screens with users.

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience or ability to learn fast
• Excellent written and spoken English (you will work in an English speaking team)
• Ability to differentiate and design for the mobile and desktop experience
• Experience in Figma
• Knowledge of User research practices (user interviews, usability tests, surveys etc.)
• Strong communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Demonstrate a good eye for aesthetics, color, typography and design consistencies.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in using Notion, Protopie, Zeplin
• Experience in 3D modeling (Cinema 4D)
• Understanding Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
