Head of Retail Business Marketing Division

Job Responsibilities:

• Marketing plan creation & preparation the strategy of products development for PI/PE/Microbusiness;

• Projects portfolio creation & statuses monitoring;

• Improving loan processes, participation in risk strategy creation;

• Initiation, approving and control over product changes (price, IRs, product essence);

• Planning, motivation, establishing & control over product owners team KPIs;

• Staff education (sales network) / presentation materials preparation.

Key Requirements:

• Higher education (finance / banking / economics of enterprise);

• Banking legislation knowledge;

• Responsibility & goal oriented;

• Process / service design / value proposition canvas;

• High level presentation & communication skills;

• English – Upper Intermediate.
