Business Trainer

Requirements:

  • University Degree;
  • 3 years of relevant experience in Training and Development within international company;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • English - Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

  • Corporate training materials adaptation (incl. e-learning) to the local contest;
  • New learning solutions development according to the identified training needs;
  • Development and implementation of new trainings and development programs;
  • Soft Skills trainings delivery, e.g. Sales Skills, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management etc;
  • Organizational support to different training events within the company;
  • Training administration: invitation of the participants, feedback analyzing, reporting;
  • Participation in other HR projects.
